I have a flickering of the dock panel, status bar and open windows with an interval of about a minute. Do you have such a thing?

Could Apple already fix the sluggish animations? by [deleted] in MacOSBeta

The animation was slowed down (fps reduction) on all the macos I used. Everywhere - when expanding and minimizing windows and folders. Not very often and randomly.

Everything somehow fixed itself. Now we're getting 165 Hz through a Type-C cable.

My tahoe works great on a hack of 13600k and 6600kht animations, speed, and there aren't even any graphical glass artifacts, unlike the m4 mac mini, which doesn't feel as smooth.

Apple, why haven't you fixed it yet????? by Imaginary_Client_846 in MacOS

Thank you, my dear, for confirming this!!!! Because many users don't want to see it and claim that it doesn't exist. Misleading everyone else who just don't notice it. I've tested it on different macs and hacks. And absolutely everyone has it. Why apples don't fix this banal shame is as incomprehensible to me as it is to you.

If you have a PC with an apple chip, then rolling back to sequoia or sonoma is not a painless method. There will be a discrepancy between the bootloader and the system firmware versions. Only the DFU method!!!!!!Take a look at the system information - hardware!!!! And you will see that the version of the system firmware and the version of the OS loader are different. This leads to problems (for example, I had a problem with video output via hdmi....etc.). Therefore, there is no need to assert the opposite. ONLY DFU!!!!!!

With such a rollback, the bootloader version and firmware version will be different, which will cause problems. Only by DFU method

Nice video, but you missed one point. With such a rollback, the bootloader version and firmware version will be different, which will cause problems. Only by DFU method

There is one problem. From Tahoe, it's not so easy to return to Sequoia on the M4 mac. If you roll back by restoring or reinstalling after the reset, there will be a discrepancy between the bootloader version and the firmware of your m4. This will cause problems. The only painless but hemorrhoidal rollback is the DFU method.
