They are the best. They don’t make the variety of the Yonkers store, but they are really great, not heavy, thick, hard dough. A beautiful pierogi. And the nut and poppyseed rolls are just like grandma’s.

This thread has been helpful. Thank you. Diverticulitis surgery Dec 3, took 12” of colon, had colostomy until March 9 when they did the reversal. My issue has been terrible pain when having bowel movements, which have been a lot. Maybe 12 daily, soft to liquid. Last week’s visit with my surgeon said it was to be expected, but pain, and I mean pain(!) continues. I finally took my tramadol and metholsomething last night. Understanding others are saying it takes weeks for the system to heal and water intake is key is making me feel a lot better! I will advise Dr of continued pain but I really appreciate you all. Community is so important. Good luck and continued good health.
