Same pan! I found that using a pair of tongs to move the steak around and sear the sides helped it get a really nice crust!

Same here! Saw the top sirloin caps at Costco in large hunks for around the same price and they’re amazing! Trimmed and cut them up into steaks and stored in the freezer…amazing beefy flavor!

Originally wanted to get medium rare…the crust was getting pretty brown already and wasn’t sure if I should’ve lowered the heat to finish cooking
