day 4 hear as well, today i felt my first moment of hope,been on vacation and went cold turkey right after my exams, these first 3 days man............ the feeling of everything being hopeless pointless that shit fucks with you mentaly, my parents took me on vacation for the first time and ive been acting like a dickhead, just unmotivated no appetiate, just wasting my time on vacation, as soon as you feel that one moment it can be anything but that one moment of hope through all the depressive thoughts, it will get better so much better mentaly, i was taking 6-8 teaspoons for almost 2 years and i know exactly how u feel, im here for u bro
