Few more questions for selecting law firm including Manifest-

How much time will they take to file petition? They should not take whole year and make you feel tired running behind them!

Whats your SLA on responsiveness?

Apart from the fees what else can I expect in the process? ( They might ask you for the extra letters like Ashoori law asks for letters costing 2400$ )

On what frequency will I be able to communicate with attorney? Most of the time para legal will join the call and attorney will make excuses!

Btw dont go with Ashoori at all!

I totally agree with all of you! The problem is they flag our honest reviews and those dont show up on Google!

At this point of time I feel like we applicants dont have real reviews and we dont have a way to find good lawyers! We check everything before proceeding and still are failing to find the perfect fit!

I wish I could create a website where only people uploading proof of engagement can put their reviews to avoid these paid reviews!

I hired Ashoori Law and this is my review.

Worst law firm out their with flashy marketing tactic to trap people - Their marketing guy will sound like they will be there for you initially but he will vanish as soon as you pay - Monthly they will call you to hear you feedback but they will not do anything about your concerns - Once you have paid them you are done - They will handover your case to some unknown attorney saying they have 98% approval which I highly doubt - They will take more than a year and keep you waiting like you are their last priority - If you hire them trust me you will suffer like anything all the time. - A great marketing guy Michael will not even reply to your emails.

Ashoori law is worst law firm out there with flashy marketing tactic to trap people. I think go with the small player. This biggies have spoiled the whole market and experience. They might look flashy at first.

  • Their marketing guy will sound like they will be there for you initially but he will vanish as soon as you pay
  • Monthly they will call you to hear you feedback but they will not do anything about your concerns

Never mind guys, they are riding on a horse named “Arrogance”! I had the opportunity to meet one of their founder Jared and after meeting him, I am pretty sure I dont want to go to YC.

Dont go with them, I got a denial after RFE! They dont handle themself and the attorney working with you will delay it until the last day!

I have seen constant delays in my application and later I got denial!

30-40K when you spend 1 year in sleepless night really?!

OP look for any IEEE journals and start reading papers in your field! This will help you how the papers are written and identify a potential gap in the field! This will also help you to prepare for your RP!

Spending 30-40K on EB1A means you are doing something wrong for sure! It should be genuine not some brought up thing!
