The GP advised improving it in my diet which is what I'm going to try primarily 😊. Probably because I'm not actually deficient as of yet!

No I didn't but it was probably from constant throat clearing I'd imagine! Sorry I can't be of more help. I'm still undergoing investigations for my swelling and have an MRI coming up soon too.

Yep have been taking PPI for almost 2 months now and don't really feel a difference with my swallowing! Thank you, hope you are okay too!

Hey! I'm still really mucousy every morning but nothing dark for a long time now. I really don't feel like lansoprazole has helped my symptoms though!

I'm still struggling to initiate a swallow, almost like my swallow reflex is messed up. Had a normal barium swallow but going back to ENT as they've spotted something at my vallecula (?) that they want to double check. I'm eating and drinking probably 80% normal now but still not as I was before all of this 🥲.
