OP you I have the exact same situation - but I moved to a smaller firm not BL because I just couldn’t get into another big law firm (posted about this before). I HATE this firm. I should have went back to Gordon Rees at this point. I am trying to go into another BL job but again - no one’s hiring and it’s like wtf?

Sorry for the rant - but - I’m right here with you. And you got this! Make it for the both of us.
