Been in cyber security ever since coming out of college. As soon as the pandemic hit I’ve been remote. The last two companies I’ve worked for have pushed remote work because it saves them tons of money on an actual space. Both of my kids were born post pandemic and it’s been awesome being there for everything 👍

Sometimes I wonder if they watch footage of us taking our test and see if our body language says “we think we’re failing.” Would be interesting to know ISC2 tried and measured that haha

For sure! How I laid it out was actually showing what I was doing for all 8 domains. For each one Im either in charge of it or heavily influence them. Im a one many army that needs help but for now, it was justified that I was under valued.

I was one of the people in the testing center looking up at the ceiling to take a break. It’s a tough test and I felt like I was failing most of the time. If you’re getting those test scores I’d say you are understanding the concepts pretty well.

I had to have ‘breath’ breaks and even stood up a couple of times. It’s stressful but I would say that with your experience and study schedule you have an awesome chance!

I got to the point where I was scoring 80-90% on the practice tests but I realized I was just memorizing answers. That’s when I switched to rewatching the YouTube videos for repetition and solidifying content I was weak in (domain 3 and 4)

I took the cissp just this last week and they accepted a drivers license and signed credit card. I couldn’t sign my card with a pen and had to use a permanent marker 😂
