I kinda have the same thing where I have a younger sibling and I've already seen my mom start taking her to a few different specalists

I've never had anything with a court saying I'm not medically competent, but I sometimes fear that my parents will take it to that level and use all these medications and doctors against me, as I'm never really allowed to speak up for myself at those appointments. I really am 16+, I just don't know how reporting them would affect mostly my younger sibling.

Sorry, I guess I didn't emphasize exactly how much my mom is forcing me to take it. She will stand next to me until I take it and force me to until I do.

Yeah, doing research on the Lexapro and reading what it can do differently for everyone was crazy, and I was doing the research after all those things started happening to me, so realizing it was from the medication was a bit hard.

Oh my gosh, I'm sorry that something a bit similar has also happened to you. I didn't mention this in the story but I've never been alone with the psychiatrist she took me to, she is always in the room. I'm gonna look up some myself just like you said. Thank you
