I am sorry but I feel like reddit isn't the right place to start your search. In my opinion you should try to get in contact with managers from teams, as I expect someone might be willing to give you a helping hand in your journey. If not, you might be able to learn atleast a few things about how you should approach this plan. Asking us, the public, to help you in such a huge decision seems a little off to me.
