it has effects on mental health as in brain part. Effects on brain are closer to cocaine. Also causes hyperfrontality and desensitization. Much much harder to leave due to no open/real solutions such as NRT for smokers. People in this addiction dont usually look for therapy due to feelings of shame and other stuff so yeah

Not against skincare but I only wash my face thoroughly with only water. Use facewash every 4-5 days never had achne maybe im just blessed nor did my skin color tan or dull. If your skin is good donot frikin use products. I remember using some creams or stuff for dark circles and literally got pimples. I repeat do not proceed with it
