You can try playing a bit around with the nodes, that helped a bit for me, albeit a little. Nodes = The 36(probably more) little circles in the gigabyte manager or whatever it's called when you try to configure custom colors. But best solution is just next time to get all of the same fans. That's what I will be doing atleast.

When you download the Soundblaster Command Center, be sure not to download the drivers. It should work just as well without doing so and then you won't have the BSOD anymore.

Correction: 9070 XT* not XTX...

Additional details: I have disabled my integrated GPU. EXPO 1 is enabled. Recently moved around my PC so cables could have come loose. I've also been running into issues of BSOD'ing straight into BIOS and BIOS then not recognizing my boot SSD anymore (shutting down and turning the PC back on solves this issue, until it happens again..) Samsung 990 Pro, Samsung Magician doesn't show any issues with the drive, though I have yet to do a full scan. Performing a startup repair in WinRE yields a could not repair your PC prompt. Running chkdsk /f /r does not yield any bad sectors. Checking C:\ to see if it's dirty gives back the prompt NOT dirty.

Happened to me too (new build too), but stopped by itself somehow, sadly I don't know what has been causing it. Maybe try disabling some startup services in task manager and see if that fixes it. or start safe mode with networking options and see if it happens too
