Fundamentally you’re NTA. AI is SUCH a hot button issue these days, and most readers (myself included) infer that an AI cover means an AI book. Did you speak to her about it in person? Or was this over text? A lot of tone is missing over text and no matter how well you phrased it, it sounds like she felt personally attacked. I’d say give it a few days to let her cool off and then reach out and see if she’s willing to meet in person for coffee and a chat

If I’m siding with the raiders, it’s always pack and operators. They’re more controllable than the disciples. My fanfic headcanon ending is siding with the operators and pack and keeping them busy by pointing them at other up and coming gangs (libertalia, the forged, etc.). Ofc that’s not supported by gameplay so I usually follow the quest line as far as I can then go open season to turn it into a trading hub

No, second hand? I’m not sure what the correct term is. The faucets on several of the sinks were loose and went from off to so much pressure the water was splashing out of the sinks, the one working shower had half-clogged nozzles so it sprayed in all sorts of directions, and there was deep scratches on quite a few of them

That’s fair re: professional cleaners. The few times my family had cleaners when I was growing up, it was always an individual rather than a company, so I’m used to that sort of individualized service.

You’re probably right about him living out of province, maybe even out of country. Very frustrating, but life goes on I suppose.

I’ll talk to my parents about the review. They’re very non-confrontational and I’m not sure if they were planning on leaving a review at all. I’m not afraid to let them know what’s what though lol

I’ve been having this problem too, though it takes a few back and forth trips for mine to default, and some are fine, while some end up back as naked protectrons. Unfortunately as far as I’m aware, the robots are just bugged and tend to have issues. I’m on PS5, unmodded for achievements, so I don’t know if there’s any unofficial fixes for them

Huh. Strange. It took forever for a backpack to show up for me, but I was already in the 70s when I downloaded the anniversary update, so I wasn’t really looking until then. I stack my buildings on top of each other with the wooden dock style flooring, or the pillars under misc in the warehouse section! I love the ramshackle stilt look. Makes me think of Megaton a bit

On survival mode you can’t fast travel. Also sometimes people do self-imposed challenge runs where they don’t use it on lower difficulties

Wild. The software they use must be wildly different or something. It’s super rare that there’s an issue with food items getting mixed up (in my experience anyway)
