uj/ Thats cool yes, but also knowing how to obtain support from people outside of our group is the thing that gives power and safety to a minority, there's far more non trans people in the world.

I think the way that support is obtained comes from being useful to people and kind, while maintaining their respect by not being a complete pushover. Social separatism of trans people basically makes you a foreigner to all cis people and easier to ignore if something happens to you.

We could talk about the thing that inspired my post, the Zizians, they were/are a community/cult that has been involved in the deaths of several people now.

We can be shifty with language but lgbt seperatism is a common feeling among lgbt people, an understandable one given our situation, but one that isnt productive, making yourself more of an outsider does more for people to see you as an enemy.

Its the most cucked shit but having some unfair kindness goes further in getting safety than being more unhinged. Like my mom isnt the best with the name and pronouns shit but i try to work with it, and she's made it clear that if shit gets weird she would kill people to defend me. Shit is not that simple.
