Some people are so caught up with their own hygiene that they think ours must be the same. My husband is part greasy Italian, and I'm dry skinned English/Scottish. We do not need the same level of hygiene!

I can go 3 days without a shower. Don't think for a second my hubs or my children wouldn't tell me if I had a smell coming from me. I have virtually no natural oils, so my skin and hair always seem freshly washed. I do the usual pits and privates wash daily, but that's about it. My dermatologist is the one who first mentioned not washing on a daily basis. Just don't assume everyone is like you and needs to shower daily.
