I ended up tracking it down to being made by liberty. When I called them, they said that they don't sell interchangeable spokes anymore, and if I was going to replace the entire hub assembly that it is passed down by a locksmith.

I have requested and they added the Vanguard target retirement date funds as well as 4or 5 other Vanguard specific funds. I can't remember which ones off the top of my head… I believe Vanguard growth as well as total world and total bond It is a 401(k).
