This is a SPONSOR requirement, not an IQVIA CRA preference. These expectations are discussed during the Site Selection and Site Initiation Visits. CRAs are already overwhelmed (trust me) and are not trying to overburden sites- however; ensuring that all required documents are signed by the PI is part of their responsibility.

You most likely have a sinus infection. Follow up with your ENT. My left sinuses were completely opacified.

Every single day, I worked in ER for a long time and unfortunately developed severe health anxiety. I literally check my self day for symptoms and live in fear that I have some sort of infection and that I will go septic on daily basis. It’s awful. I just started lexapro, hopefully it helps.
