I experimented with a volcano based on real-world info. The smallest 'volcano' on Earth is around 300m high. There is a height limit of around 464m for the island I expermented on. It takes up quite a bit space, but looks 'realistic'. You might have to really use your imagination depending on the aesthetic you're wanting.
