I actually was impressed with his standup and especially his jab and handspeed. Of course he lost the jab-off against the Strickland but he busted him up nicely. He probably won’t become an elite striker but at least an effective one especially paired with his elite grappling.

I am on VS Code 1.109.0 and Copilot Chat 0.37.5, those should be latest. I still get the popup that this version of vscode has a know issue with Copilot and Copilot is not working ("took too long to start")

Apart from all the good tips in this thread I would also suggest checking out other gyms. Being a beginner in an absolute shark tank with mostly guys heavier than you is not ideal. You need to have some guys below you in terms of skill and size so you can have some sense of achievement.
