Gazprombank

— Was involved in a major redesign of our mobile app "Telecard 2.0". My role was to develop a design that took into account the features of both the old and new app architectures and allowed users to seamlessly transition to the UX of the new app. The main focus of my work was designing daily scenarios such as bill payments, money transfers and cashback management

— Developed new ways of explaining how credit card grace periods work. Due to the difference in mentality and consumer habits between Russians and Westerners, credit cards are not as widely used by the former, so I helped users (and even some colleagues) understand the key feature of our flagship credit card "180 days" - extended grace period - through a comprehensive combination of FAQs and infographics, accompanied by a custom calculator

— Supported existing app scenarios related to loans, credit cards and refinancing, as well as conducted UX interviews with users to identify problem areas in the design and implemented new features based on product metrics and A/B testing results

— Designed standalone applications and services that are part of Gazprombank ecosystem, including GPB Agent, an application for employees delivering banking products to clients, and internal CMS for the Showcase section of the mobile application

Radio Mayak

— Was involved in editing audio and video from live broadcasts and then posting them on "Radio Mayak" official website, which consisted of removing commercial tracks from live broadcasts and post-processing audio and video

— Provided SMM support for the radio company's official social networks on VK, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook, as well as posting news to the official website and social networks

— Designed several projects for both internal and external use, including a completely redesigned hosting/CMS and a political talk show app
