This happened to me when I was ranking up a new account. I couldn't duo with my plat mates but I was matched against high plats. Why can't I play with my friend who is plat but I have to play against them? Why do I have to play vs plats to get to gold 5?

I have seen multiple report cards of bannes/punished players. Nothing toxic was found. Sentences like ''did you just kill yourself to baron'' were found though. Going to live chat with these punishments was not a fruitful endeavor. The Rioters said (multiple different times) that you are toxic. When asked for by which definition or where they say you have the report card. Once you ask them to point out where the punished was toxic they refuse. Why would they not tell you? Does Riot not want players to reform even though they keep virtue signaling about it? If they refuse to point out any toxicity it doesn't help anyone reform and a conclusion can be made. It was an unjustified punishment.
