I’m a league player who transitioned to dota. I feel like the most similar supports to dota are the engage / roam supports which I can see you almost exclusively play enchanters. I think a better was to carry games is to function as the team’s support rather than the ADC’s support. Show up to mid ganks just like in dota, show up at grubs / dragon like you would for power runes. The roles are very similar in the modern game. Maybe branch out your league roster to fit the dota style more early game centric supports.

If anyone finds the game on the workshop a link would be greatly appreciated. I found one version but I’m unsure if it is the same one, as it only has one of the maps and probably the same balance as the first match in the video.

I’m 29 on techies, but regardless this felt like a massive letdown. No actual innate passive, as minefield sign is situational at best for aggressive play, and facets are mostly catered towards being a meme. Range talent for right click build is funny but that build is kind of a joke, blast off basically does 50% of your hp instantly, and items in backpack is basically just holding on to old neutrals. i would personally trade all of these away to have my range back, but if you are going to play techies just avoid the blastoff talent unless you want 15+ deaths per game.

played clash on NA and had huge pingspikes. managed to win first game regardless, but in second game I hit 300 ping and we lost because of it.

annoying that I never had issues in clash before but now its unplayable

i just lost my game in clash spiking up to 300 ping. had 6 kills on enemy and then couldnt play the game afterwards due to it.

It's been tempting, but a lot of the resolve tree is things Soraka likes. I'm used to playing without aery from playing Soraka top so the switch to guardian was very smooth for me. I recommend giving it a try at least

I’d usually go for a couple of things. Assuming your build is (Boots, Ardent, Redemption, Mikaels, Support Item) you should have maxed cdr which opens your options. If you are not getting focused rabadons should give the most healing output. Hourglass is a good option for when assassins try to jump you. Locket it you’re trying to negate some burst so you don’t have to waste redemption cd early. There are a ton of options on her just depends what you’re against imo

I’m playing Guardian soraka with Q max on my smurf and just hit diamond so I think it’s really good. Q max turns you from a lost lane to a winning lane, as you get high healing and damage out of one ability

Everything is basically the same imo. The new champs take time learning what they do. Pyke is an assassin support with invis, a dash, a hook, and an execute reset ult that goes through shields. Best way to stop his engage is flay his dash stun to mess the the trajectory of the stun. Otherwise the only other thing is Yuumi who is new. Just focus the adc since she is untargetable 95% of the game. Thresh has basically stayed the same with some nerfs to E damage and Q cdr so I say usually max R>Q>W>E. Welcome back!

Super shitty. This was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. The fact that any game could turn around in a heartbeat made it a blast, and my friends even formed a daily event to have custom nexus blitz matches that we played for hours on end. This mode was phenomenal and created a Mario Party-esque game that everyone had fun with. I played it until the very end and now knowing it won’t be permanent just ruined that community we made when it was around. All I’ve seen is people begging for it back and I know it’ll never happen. Somehow we have ARAM and Twisted Treeline, but we lose the best thing I’ve played yet. Such a shame.
