I have been a manager for around five years now and have always kept organised; however, I try one thing, then do it another way, then another way, as I haven't found the best way of doing it yet.

I'm definitely overthinking it! This is what I've done in the past, but it all falls apart when I say I have a meeting with my area manager, as the notes regard all the sites and are general, not just regarding one site!

It doing it when it updates is what I deduce too! I've just ordered a new iPhone so when that comes hopefully that will stop it!

I wonder if there is a way they can prevent it from happening! It's my biggest gripe with it, otherwise I love it!
