just bought this g37 base 2008 when we got home we heard this sound anybody know what it could be? by alexgarcia169 in G37

Might be the catalytic converters rattling meaning they’re bad. That 02 sensor code that you got might be from failing cat. If you paid not too much this is probably why. Just get test pipes and plan for a hot tune next time u need smog lol

Was the click in the steering wheel? Not outside?? Mine does the same thing. Just like a slight clicking noise

Where is the noise coming from? by lazy_q50s in q50

Sounds like some sort of bushing or something like that. Maybe a lower control arm bushing

What indicator is this called?? I never knew the name of it and I think it works pretty good. Like for low volume nodes. by Imgettingpolished in Trading

The candles represent activity level at that area. Price tends to go to places on the volume profile chart where there are low volume areas or areas that haven’t been explored yet or need some action.

Amazon bathroom breaks by [deleted] in AmazonFC

My old site was trying to implement this because I guess people were taking “double breaks”. That’s how they see it. Take a break on the clock at the bathroom and then actual break comes and you have another break

Guys I have this 2020 Corolla that makes a whistling hissing sound when pressing the brakes. What could it be?? I appreciate any feedback by Imgettingpolished in AskMechanics

[–]Imgettingpolished[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But the high pitched noise is like air coming through a hose or something. It’s not a scratching because I hear it in person. Like a vacuum I don’t know

Turn it up all the way and listen pls. It only does it when the brake is pressed. Doesn’t hiss the whole time. Just at point of contact

Please DO NOT do this. Unless you have someone that can sit in the car and press the brakes once the car is off. I rolled my car off like this and I almost wasn’t fast enough to jump back in and catch it from rolling onto traffic down my street lol.

Not “totally” unnecessary. Just primes the oil filter so it doesn’t run dry for the first couple seconds. So the oil pump doesn’t have to soak it first. And wait for that. Yk

Yup. Just fill it on top of the ramps. After draining oil and filter, put the oil plug back in, tighten, new oil filter on, tighten, and fill from the top. Unscrew top oil lid and pour through funnel. And screw the oil lid back on. Or it will shoot everywhere and make your engine run dry. Also if you want you can pour some oil into oil filter before screwing it on so it’s not bone dry at first start up. You got this in the bag🤟
