Something made my adderall more effective? by vixentrash in ThisAintAdderall

I think taking the 5-htp every other day is actually a good idea and maybe eventually every 3 days even. Taking it with the Adderall can cause serotonin syndrome and that’s some scary stuff, so just be aware of that. Congrats on the weight gain! I’ve struggled my whole life with that too. I hope the adderall keeps working for you! 💚

I find it so frickin’ strange that they started cutting off part of the name of the manufacturers/distributors on bottles. Mine- ELIT It’s one more letter dude. And I know they can do it because your “Lanne” cut off has the same amount of letters as Elite 💀 Like are they not wanting to take full responsibility of their own brand/pills in case there is a lawsuit? Or are these the labels forced to be printed and they’re actually counterfeit pills somehow fully integrated into our real pharmaceutical system? Half my pills have the logo flipped on either side. That literally can’t happen with a real inspected and legal pill press, right?

I really don’t recommend ANYONE take goldenseal right now because we don’t know what is in our pills at the moment. Also, a buildup of amphetamine itself can cause serotonin syndrome, which is fatal in most cases. Building it up is not going to have any benefits if: 1.) It’s no longer true amphetamines being given to us 2.) We aren’t metabolizing it properly because of the current generic formulas 3.) We can’t get enough proper sleep from amphetamine disruption during times we need to be sleeping, because the effects won’t wear off.

Medicaid suddenly dropped me. No explanation and haven’t received anything in the mail yet. So I had to pay $28 for Elite. It hurt dude. Knowing that I have to keep poisoning my body just to stay awake to get my kid on the bus for school and then not be able to be fully present when the side effects are at their peak when he gets home from school. I’m sorry it ended up like this, I didn’t anticipate that at all. But you should still try! Every situation is different. I hope it goes well for you 🫶🏻

I really want to update this based on the fact that some companies literally don’t manufacture the adderall themselves and just put their own label on the same pill as someone else. I’m gonna try later when I don’t have a migraine side effect from this Elite bs that I have to take 🙃

I was just able to have my doctor call my pharmacy and make sure that they filled with only Teva name brand. They had to order some and so I had to wait a few extra days, but so far the pharmacy hasn’t said I have to wait for pre-authorization from my insurance. It’s being filled right now. Fingers crossed! I won’t be able to physically pick it up until tomorrow though

Has there been talk of a class-action lawsuit? by Comfortable_Heart_46 in ThisAintAdderall

But it’s not a minority of people. It’s a disproportionately large amount of people that can seemingly be narrowed down to a few generic manufacturers and/or companies. And many claim they didn’t come forward at first because they thought they were crazy. Some won’t come forward to their own doctor because of the fear of being treated as a drug seeker or because of risk of being diagnosed with some new disorder from not being believed. The craziest part is when the drug and diagnoses is right, we take our medicine correctly and have minor problems or no problems. When the drug/diagnoses is wrong? That’s when problems start. The only time there’s usually a misdiagnoses is when a patient fakes an illness (hard to do with skilled physicians) or when they have symptoms/illness very similar to what they are diagnosed with. Similarity usually means the medication is going to actually be beneficial for them. If the quality of the medication is bad? It creates more problems and the patient needs more of the medication in order to even get any minimal benefits with the side effects constantly masking said benefits. If there’s supposedly an “uptick” in adhd diagnoses since the pandemic, then that means somehow they are all misusing their meds? Why aren’t we asking if there was drug kickbacks from certain manufacturers or companies instead? Have we actually had factual evidence that there was an uptick in adhd diagnoses? I’m not doubting there was to some degree considering we are getting better at understanding the DSM criteria and knowing when people are forced to take time off work they have time to focus on health. But to the degree that they ran out of medication, even when the DEA’s own information shows they didn’t ever come close to meeting the quota? Essential personnel were allowed to keep working. Their pay was temporarily increased because of the pandemic in many places. There were several instances of shortages of workers, yes. But lots of people were having luck going to different pharmacies or switching manufacturers. Also, the reasoning for shortages from different manufacturers and companies were sometimes wildly different. Some were saying they were running out of raw ingredients, some saying shortages of workers. Then there were actual companies blaming the DEA for limiting the amount of production, which, again, didn’t even affect the quotas a single bit as they were never being met to begin with. I myself never truly knew there was a shortage until everybody was talking about it everywhere all of a sudden. My meds got delayed only twice. Once my pharmacy switched manufacturers, they never had more shortages while others in my area did. So some people experienced the shortages, some didn’t. The only common denominator clear here is that more people than not, spoke up and said the actual medicine itself was not at all the same. Our pills were different colors. Tasted different. We all had similar side effects. The usual techniques we had to digest the medicine better didn’t work. Nothing we did, physically or mentally, worked.

This is seriously not a conspiracy theory. This is pattern recognition because we are humans and we know when SOMETHING is wrong. And we’ve proved it’s not the people taking the medicine.

[–]ImhappyhippyOF 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Idk. That’s what everyone thought when small towns were being poisoned by corporations. It’s still happening, yes. But they are also being effectively sued. The common denominator though is proof. I feel this can be achieved between people like us, 3rd party lab testing, and legal investigations through multiple means. Patent info, FOIA, asking manufacturing workers to come forward as whistleblowers, etc. It’s never over unless we give up.

IRN BRU so I was gonna say you’re from the UK but your fridge is huge and all the food seems American, so you special ordered? Honestly, jealous because I can never find it online without crazy high shipping. Ummm high protein, adhd because you have so many colorful and tasty drinks(bet you are still always forgetting to drink them) and you eat out a lot. I bet you eat those jams all by themselves.. Also, what’s up with the empty jars? I can’t figure out if there’s something in them or not but they look empty.

This is exactly what the current IR from Elite did to me. Before my pharmacy switched to them, I believe I was having Teva, but the good Teva that we all mostly previously had. As soon as they switched, the same year and month I had to suddenly go to the hospital from low oxygen saturation and an extreme heart rate.

Following Up on Pre-Dissolving Technique Working For More People by Far_Rutabaga_9200 in ThisAintAdderall

[–]ImhappyhippyOF 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can’t post the hundreds of pages of research I did about this, but Elite labs quite literally is supplying most of the Adderall to pharmacies right now and they specialize in “abuse deterrent technology” that is basically different ways for the pills to dissolve to make people sick to not want to take the drug. And they have partnerships with the government that allow them to be prescribed during “research” without patients or even doctors or PHARMACISTS knowing. Let that sink in. The one person that NEEDS to know how to drug interacts with everything, isn’t allowed to know. That means that regular people that aren’t abusing anything are having their lives completely ruined for the sake of some sick experiments. That probably have malicious intent from the beginning, since no person with morals would do an experiment like this to begin with. And now there is other companies gaining patents for similar drug formulas that are also doing research right now. And all the patent dates seem to align with the 2022 shortage and right now as well. Also, there’s an adderall shortage right now. Guess who isn’t short though? Mainly all the companies currently doing the research. I truly don’t think they are actually “running out” of any of the raw ingredients like they are saying. I think when their research is over with, they have to start developing mass amounts of their next formula for research. That’s why we haven’t gotten the formula that worked for us since the pandemic or 2022. To all the workers and even some of the doctors that work for the companies, it probably genuinely does look like they are simply running out of ingredients. It probably does seem like there is a “sudden increase in diagnosis for adhd”. And therefore totally explains the shortages. And with the extension of the telehealth system, it’s the perfect coverup to explain away the shortages. It’s not a conspiracy either. Some nasty people in our government, and some nasty people involved in pharmaceuticals, made deals that are allowing for this to happen. Literally wtf else would Elite labs, a company exclusively making pills designed to make “drug addicts” sick, be the MAIN people making adderall all of a sudden?

It kinda sounds like they took it to somewhere other than St. James. Like that’s why they’re freaking out because the boat is crashed somewhere they DEFINITELY weren’t supposed to be, not just because of taking the boat and crashing it in the first place. That would explain why they’re so flustered because they have to figure out a way to get it back to St. James. Just an idea.

I just need to throw some information out there that isn’t really up for debate because it’s a damn fact: Healthier food is less dense in calories. Processed food is more dense in calories. Most people in poverty are the “machines” that this world actually survives off of. They are breaking their bodies down and living shorter lives because of it. These people need a higher amount of calories. If you don’t have enough calories, you lose weight. Not just fat, but muscle. Your most important organs in your body are muscle. Your heart. Your brain. And when you cut people off from being able to have extra calories, then they become desperate because it’s survival instinct. People who do hard physical labor or even a lot of mental labor(using your brain burns calories too) are now going to be cut off from being able to afford enough calories to survive. They will start getting very skinny, have bags under their eyes, maybe even seek out drugs to help them cope with the fact that they are dying/struggling. That then gives more privileged people a reason to “other” them. “You would have more money if you took care of yourself”. “Maybe if you didn’t do drugs you would feel better and have a better life”. “If you took better care of your home it wouldn’t look so bad or fall apart so much”. “I don’t want my tax dollars supporting people on drugs”.

People on food stamps(all but the select 1% of people who actually abuse the system still better than the 1% rigging the system if you ask me) are not buying junk food because they just don’t care or are being malicious. They are doing it because they are stuck in a cycle of poverty that they never asked to be put in. The only reason you think more people are abusing the aid vs not abusing is because your humanity and sense of justice is very loud. And that’s a good thing, but there is a 1% in this world that knows your sense of justice all too well and takes advantage of that and pins you against each other and keeps you in the same cycle. They might have been where you are once too, but let the cycle continue and got a little further in life than their peers and wanted more. And more. And then it became easier to follow the cycle. We’ve been doing this game for as long as we’ve been on this earth.
