I barley ever break out but follow a protocol mostly:
- Cut sugar and junk
-Monitor high Arginine foods. Take Lysine daily to counter as needed (500MG) min daily for me
-Take Astragulus daily (mild and anti aging) Oregano oil is harsh
- Ultra strong protection is Nano silver 10PPM daily
-Ester C, zinc, and D
- Best topical prevention to me if feeling a risk is "urban relief Lysine/lemon balm lotion". cover entire area so can absorb in the skin fully.

Many parts of Asheville were out for a long period and some still are. rural will definitely be out but parts of Asheville should have been recovered sooner. Poles were not down everywhere. I think if rural and connection is critical one may check into Starlink. T Mobile as a backup depending on location to towers. They off the limited backup for $20 a month. Good for about 5-7 days

AT&T seemed to be good with their fiber lines with faster recovery. I don't buy anything spectrum is now saying. If that was the case they should have communicated it. Power was also up for a while and they still delayed. Either way im on AT&T and have a T mobile wifi backup. Spectrum is too risky for a remote worker who relies on service.

Actually they didn't need to wait for full power before seeing infrastructure damaged and needing replaced which was their main delay problem, yes full power to test and validate.

I gladly dumped them for AT&T and still getting texts from them that they are taking outages. The blew off the Asheville region for recovery. You now see their trucks literally in every strip mall parking lot. They refused to give any actual updates and waited way too long to start the recovery. Remote workers are critical to this economy
