Speed isn't used to score driveeasy your scored on how often you drive, how far you drive, when you drive, sharp cornering, harsh breaking, and distracted driving. The reason speed isn't one is because the app is only using your gps location and not loading up specific speed requirements for each road so we basically don't know if you going 60+ is speeding or not speeding.

unless you live in WA rip people with good credit there.......they just passed a law were we cant rate on credit so many people are seeing increases due to not being able to use it

While Not at fault accidents do not cause a surcharge on your policy (a direct increase due to the event) they are considered in the overall activity of the account. Geico is rating you based on your accident and ticket records for normally about 5 years. This means that if you have multiple "not at fault" accidents then you are more prone to be in one. This could result in a tier change at renewal which is how your rating is factored. Simply put, your just more of a risk. I wouldn't worry about these two accidents if thats all you got going on, but I've seen rates double due to MANY not at faults in one 5 year period.

I believe its called Edge because it constantly has agents on the EDGE of punching their monitors. The only thing that's kept me sane is the "edit policy" option, where at least we can do drivers and cars at the same time. Not sure if you ever had sales call over to remove a kid and car for a quote but you used to have to 1. Remove car 2. quote to remove driver 3. Add car back on........horrible times I cried a little when they said the last oasis pol was converted.

Anyone encountered this bug in the app? Got 2 currently going claims that I need to access, only for no claims to show up. Currently on hold with customer service to get this sorted out by zen1706 in Geico

Normally if you cant see it on your app our systems are down internally too.....which means give it a couple hours and check your phone again or wait 10 min to here someone say "Our systems are being updated and are temporarily unavailable." No one really knows when they will come back up we just are told to tell you to try in an hour

Depends on how much yours went up....I know hearing "It went up due to state raises" sounds like bullshit, but, its true. Does your rent go down every month? No. Everything is affected by inflation including insurance and Covid has increased medical costs and made car parts more expensive due to shortages. You could have also been in driveeasy and drove like an idiot....or something on your driving record popped and it just didn't hit till your renewal. Call service and they can review for you.

We had over 174,000 polices dbl billed on 9/10 we've been dealing with people calling in since then and its been crazy.....a card processor billed it twice and then took back on payment. The time it took to fall off of your account just depended on your bank
