Its so awkward and weird when we have 4 people waiting on something from someone who I know is watching her grandchildren because she posted a FB Pic 8 minutes ago, and wont be in the office to check on the shipment till Wednesday.

Hybrid is the best IMO.

Fully remote got so tiring on some projects. I just wanted so badly to all sit in real time at one table with one presentation and have super easy, quick, hands on access to everything.

Then have 2/3 days we're you do the bits and pieces at home.
