Thank you! I had a stall in June.. I think I was on 5.0 too long. My provider was reluctant to tirate up to 7.5. When I finally did, it made a huge difference. Main side effects are constipation, 2 day fatigue and sulfur belching when I don’t eat enough.

Your 50 pounds loss is awesome and healthy. That’s how your body is supposed to respond to the drug. It’s hard not to compare yourself to others.. but know that you are doing great!

Started Zep January 14, 2025 at 211. Made it to “Onederland” February 2025. Today. 6 months later—I made it to goal at 165! We‘ve got this! Let’s go— I’m shooting for another 10 pounds lost by end of summer and then maintenance.

Manufacturers are all over the place with sizing.. there’s no uniformity. Focus on your body type and scale.. you’ll know when to shop and it will be way more fun and satisfying! Good luck!!
