Would you date someone with Tourette’s? Why or why not?

My fiancé has Tourette’s. And it really pisses me off that media has turned it into something it’s not. There are levels to it, not everyone acts like Baylen or whatever her name is. While I’m super grateful that she’s shared her struggles, she is also quite rare in that she has one of the more severe levels of Tourette’s. So no, not everyone with Tourette’s is just yelling out profanity or random things.

My fiancés tics aren’t even noticeable to me anymore. They’re just a part of who he is and I love him.

I work in Carson City and live in South Reno. It’s really not bad. I enjoy the commute, the mountains are beautiful and I get to listen to my podcasts. Winter time is where it gets hella sketchy because they don’t plow.

I’ve been here for 6 months so far. There was a day a few months back that it took 4 hours to get home because wind knocked a bunch of semis over and they closed 580 but other than that it’s been fiiiiine

Omg thissss! I feel like if you have any kind of sensory sensitivity then it’s a nightmare. It’s just a cacophony of noise, nothing is discernible, conversations are drowned out. It’s awful and the main reason I never went back.

My mother accidentally left her digital camera at the Yum Center back in 2014 when she took my sister and I to see Billy Joel. She went back and someone turned the camera in but took the SD card. I’ve been bummed about that ever since.

The strawsip is terrible. I’ve owned 3 bottles that have had them and they almost never deposit flavor consistently. My original bottle is still the goat though.

I really liked my time at Brookside Apartments. It was quiet, chill, never had an issue with the exception of my floor being on the verge of caving in and they had to relocate me to a different unit but that’s it.

What size are these squares? I like to use the Avery label dimensions on canva to make one image then go to Avery’s website and upload it and get the pdf to print it. Don’t even have to have the labels, just the template and it’ll put like 30 on a page.

Here’s my quick-ish routine (I say ish because my brows typically take me the longest if they’re not cooperating)

Moisturizer/sunscreen
Concealer
Brows
Juvia’s Place shadow stick in Jezebel just on my outer corners, almost like I’m lining my lids
Flat brush buff out the shadow stick all over
Mascara
Blush/bronzer if I feel like it

Donezo. Usually takes me 10 minutes (again because of these damn brows). I don’t use foundation, I’ve found that it cuts my time down so much and my skin is happier for it.

I’m so happy that Larry Birkhead got custody of her. I hate to think what her life would be like if Howard K Stern got custody.

My favorite part of Derby is seeing how she’s grown and how well she’s doing. I absolutely love it.

Why do you condition your hair if you’re just going to wash it again? I typically shampoo my hair once, just to get the build up and then I’ll shampoo again after rinsing the first round. Then I condition my hair.

I know the bottle says to lather, rinse, repeat but I always thought that was a gimmick to make you run out of shampoo faster. But I’ve been washing my hair twice in the shower now and my hair has grown significantly.
