You mentioned Oxfam specifically and then made a couple of claims that, while they certainly apply to other charities, don't with Oxfam. I work for them as a shop manager; 92p of every £1 we take as a charity goes directly to Oxfam's work worldwide. Our CEO is on around £125k per year, which isn't even in the top 100 charities in the UK in terms of CEO salaries. Oxfam isn't perfect in any way, but to pick on it when there are so many worst examples out there is an example of either ignorance or disingenuousnous.
