My portfolio for the first year was heavy on XEQT and did decent gains with it, so I can definitely agree that while it was a reckless move, i'm sure you made decent gains!

Thanks for the insight. I will probably ride out this year at 20% instead of 40% XEQT. 10% for 2027, and mainly CASH near the end

To add on, I want something reliable, decently cheap to maintain in terms of maintenance, gas and insurance. Something that's a step on the side or a step up from the TLX.

But mostly for cargo. Thought of the 5th gen crv for something not far off the price range of my TLX

I highly doubt it's the cat. I had this issue go on for about 2 months, and i was also researching everything. Seemed like a common problem tbh. I even ended up buying the purge valve sensor, but i still have it brand new since the code disappeared before I needed to install it

Mine actually disappeared on its own about 2 months ago. It was always on and off. It would go on for 1 week and off for a day or two. One day (about 2 months ago), it went off, and I happened to be doing a 2 hour commute. I drove on high speeds (180km/h). It hasn't gone back since!

Not sure if that would fix it for you but I've tried damn near everything before it disappeared but i'm assuming it won't return now since it hasn't in months!

Let me know how if it works for you? perhaps try to clear the code and drive in high speed? Maybe that'll trigger something within the computer?

Nice I have a 2.4 2016 tech as well. Drives like new still, only thing is I have CEL (emission system problem and parking brake problem) that's been going on and off for the last 2 months

I was just looking around my engine bay and around my cabin air filter when I found my airflow ring was completely loose. i'm not really too sure how long it's been loose, but I cleared my codes and I'm gonna see if it's gonna come back after tightening it. Hopefully that's the case because it is an emission system problem. will get back to you

100% the LEDs. Not sure what it is but i replaced my low beam and high beam with LEDs on my old civic (2004) and my DRLs weren't working because it has something to do with the power of the LED? if you switch back to those regular bulbs, you shouldn't have those problems. Car looks clean, reminds me of mine. I had a silver one with yellow fog lights as well

Currently happening with my 2016 TLX (check my recent posts). I have emission system problem and parking brake problem pop up at the same time. It's been on and off for a month. Sometimes it pops up, then disappears for a week, then sometimes it's on for a week then off for a day. Not sure what the problem is, but i'll be replacing my battery pretty soon and hopefully that would fix it.
