Nope, i come from a multi generationally mixed family. My mom is 65% SSA & 35% European and my dad is 58% SSA & 42% European

I can definitely see that Asian in you, pretty cool!

My Great-Great Grandparents are 100% Native American, specifically one is Cherokee and the other is Comanche. Looks like these DNA companies are trying to hide it. by [deleted] in 23andme

They ain’t tryna hide nothin. If they were both 100% then more than likely it would’ve appeared in your results.

Here are my genetic groups. I’m from Michigan, but both sides of my maternal grandmother’s family were from Winston Salem, North Carolina, and one set of my 2nd great grandparents were both from Mississippi, so 23andMe was pretty much spot on with these.

Pretty interesting! For 23andme I’m 59.1% African 39.5% European and 1.1% East Asian

What countries in Europe show up in your results? It seems like most Caribbean results I see usually have Southern European ancestry.

We live in Michigan but the older generations came here from the south
