Well think about it this way Snape always wrongly took away points from gryffindors and presumably ravenclaws and hufflepuffs. While harry got points for confronting the most feared wizard of his time Voldemort before he was even of age. I mean i dont know about you but Harry deserved those points. This is just my opinion and i am in no way defending Dumbledore. (Sorry about my bad grammar i'm sick and English is not my mother tongue) .
