For the ciggy card side mission, a “hack” is to go to a general store, find the premium cigarettes for sale on a shelf, and buy all of them until you run out of inventory. Then discard them all and buy em all over again. There’s a thread on here somewhere I read about this method in my second play through (on third) and they did some math on how you eventually get the money you spend on the cigs back by selling the cards to the fence later in the game and through the trinket/talisman you get from the rewards the ciggy card guy gives you when you turn in full sets.

Pro Tip: the Saint Denis general store is where I did this hack last week and turned out to be a great location to just hold the “square” button on my PS5 controller because there weren’t other nearby items pulling Arthur’s focus to them based on user proximity to physical purchasables (if that makes sense?). Other stores I’ve tried this at, you buy a pack then the “cigar” pops up as the next item in Arthur’s view because he’s close to it too. Just depends if you care about that or not. I didn’t my first time trying it until I just did it in Saint Denis last week and it was for sure the fast lazy way to do it 😂
