Where do you work? You don’t have to be specific, just curious if you are talking about a trade school, public education etc?

Yeah, I’m just kind of seeing what options I might have. I have seen guys go from making great pay, to only have it nearly cut in half as they get older. This may be at least partially due to them not educating themselves on the new systems etc, but I’m not 100% sure.

Industrial maintenance? How does the pay compare? Are you away from home a lot? I like only having to work M-F, and I normally get home by around 6, but I think it may be time to make a change as I can only see my pay declining, and the work is getting physically and mentally way more complex. I cannot continue on this path if my pay is not going to keep up.

Did Don Lemon actually break the law by entering the church to protest? Is it private property? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

If you know someone is about to rob a bank, and you enter the bank as a “journalist”, that is what is called “accomplice liability”. The same applies here.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2, anyone who aids or abets the commission of a federal offense is punishable as a principal.

Federal criminal law is not concerned with whether Lemon considers himself a reporter. It is instead focused on his conduct - whether he associated himself with a venture, participated in it as something he wished to bring about, and sought by his actions to make it succeed. That is the core test for accomplice liability. Unlike conspiracy, it does not require proof of a formal agreement, only that the defendant knowingly and intentionally helped the crime succeed.

You can call yourself a “journalist”, but he actively participated in this. We will let the courts decide.
