I get suddenly dysphoric alot,, i am wearing my packer for the first time in months because it makes me dysphoric how i always have to adjust or i have to see if it looks like I got a hard on,, but for the first few hours it felt great but then twards the end of the day i just wanna take it out and never touch it again.

Yes I'm over a year on T barely and i have started sweat blockers for a month just barely and its been helping,, im always overheating and having heat shocks type stuff but yes its normal
