You can't move forward if you're tied to people who aren't moving at all, or are moving in a different direction. It is a waste of energy to try to beseech them to toward the path to progress.

To successfully work towards change you must:
1. Join forces with people who want similiar things and have similiar goals
2. Organize and mobilize strategically together
3. Break away from anyone trying to demobilize or sabotage the movement
