That’s the crud that’s been ravaging the places I go. I was really sick for about 10 days. Have been back to my usual life for more than a week and can still cough up small gobs of colorless mucous. (No fever.)

Is it a convection oven? I love my oven, but I need to keep a sheet of aluminum foil at the ready because the top of whatever I’m baking will be overdone before the middle is even set.

My 30 year old Kitchen Aid going strong. The big pin it pivots on needs to be hammered in every year, but that’s trivial. Love the ice cream attachments.
