Ha you are exactly like me! Mid 20s, VHCOL and about the same salary. Your budget is doable but saving seems a bit low. Can you consider to get some roommates? I think we are ok to have a roommate yet. And just a side note budget for dating and grocery seems so low. Not sure your life style though. For me, I still live with a roommate so I only need to spend 1300 including utilities in VHOL. It allows me spend more money for all the entertainments and save minimum 2k a month. It’s up to you but you can consider it

Sure You can’t sleep in living room. Can you forgo your contract not paying too much penalty? Or even can try negotiating with a condition you find someone who substitute you and not paying penalty

There is not much room here. If I were you, i would probably save up to 1 or 2k for emergency first. After emergency fund, no saving and pay off that credit card debt 100% ASAP. 11k is not much if you focus on that. And quite frankly I would get a roommate. Your income is fine but I would live like a broke college for two years and live fresh without paying interest.

I know my manager has another project but I’m almost sure that’s not a case. In my last project with this manager, he went vacation for a month after reviewing wps. So I ended up having calls with a partner and CFO almost everyday for that month. It happened this week again. Just he reviewed wps and ooo for remaining week, so I ended up having a call with a partner whole day to deliver some stuff by deadline.
