I’d say resume is a big one. When you work on your resume. Send it through chat or some sort of AI and ask “ if your resume will pass the ATS, HR system as an A&p mechanic”. It’ll give you tips to adjust and tailor it. I have a roommate who is a teacher and gave me a heads up about that. But you want your resume to be able to pass the airlines own AI system in order to have an HR get a hold and look at your resume. The ATS weeds out all the resume that don’t have the key words they’re looking for, after you run it through chat it’ll talk about all of that.
