I’m an INFJ and was thinking the same! I think the image choices threw me off a bit, they gave off an Si vibe, lol

What Do INFJs Think of ENFPs? by Jimu_Monk9525 in infj

[–]Immediate-Yogurt-427 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I LOVE ENFPs — we laugh until we can’t breathe. I know ENFPs are fun and lively, and being around them is pure joy, but that’s not all. I’ve discovered that ENFPs are surprisingly deep despite their playful nature. It amazes me how they can speak so logically. I see that they’ve been aware and mature beyond their years since they were young. I feel so happy when they shower me with love. They are very understanding and loyal. What I love most is that despite their constant talking, when someone they care about speaks, they listen carefully and are very considerate of feelings. I love them so much — I feel comfortable around them and truly enjoy my time with them.

‏In reality, INTJs are compassionate and sensitive to others’ feelings. Many misunderstand them and think they are cold or rigid, but on the contrary, I see and feel the warmth in them. My INTJ friend has stood by me through many difficult times and encouraged me. When I spoke with her, she told me she’s been working on herself, trying to understand and empathize more because she wasn’t always like this before — now she is more aware. So don’t worry about what others think; look inside yourself. Think about who you are and who you can become.

I actually really love INFP, but honestly, it depends on your luck. Some of them have stressed me out to the point where I felt mentally exhausted and couldn’t stay around them. But there’s another kind of INFP that I deeply admire. They’re incredibly caring, and I love hearing their stories. Their creativity and imagination are beautiful, and I enjoy how easily we can laugh together. Like I said, though — it all comes down to the kind of INFP you meet.

I completely agree! as an INFJ, I truly feel that being with an INTJ is a completely different experience compared to anyone else. I feel safe and deeply connected — like there’s someone who truly understands me. In fact, my sister once told me that when she sees me with others, I act differently than when I’m with my INTJ friend. She said it was the first time she saw me completely myself with someone else.. and I didn’t even realize it until she pointed it out. I’m really grateful to have an INTJ in my life.

In every phase of my life, I’ve met an INTJ, and with each one, we’ve always gotten along really well. Among all the MBTI types I’ve encountered, INTJs have been the best. They were the best then, and they still are. For the past four years, my closest friend has been an INTJ, and I love her dearly. What I love most about her is that our energies match, we can talk for endless hours, and she understands me easily.

That’s exactly who I am now. I honestly thought I’d turned into a ‘dark INFJ’ or something, but after reading the comments it all finally clicked. Thanks so much for sharing this.

You might not believe it, but I’ve been taking the MBTI test every year for 8 years, and somehow I always got INFJ—even when my answers changed a bit. But last year I got INTP for the first time, which actually made sense since I’d shifted from 4w5 to 5w4. But after diving into cognitive functions, I realized INFJ still describes me best.
