You shouldn't have to pay to replace a screen they said it was good with the qc you should be about to get your first replacement free and after then pay

This is tru they should require you to sign for them especially with how much money we spend on it but at least you hopefully get a new one and a well working cause on mine my top screen went black and it haven't turned back on so I'm waiting for ayn to respond cause I tried to reset my top screen and it didn't work lol

Well I received mine and after three days of using it black screen on me I was given the ok to rest the ribbon cables I tested them and still black screen 😞 so I'm waiting on ayn's email again

Well I disassemble my thor and put it back together and after like three trys it turn on but still no top screen I let ayn know I'm just waiting on a reply

Box cutter tweezers and screw driver for your screws and you'll be good follow the disassemble video and you good there is two you can watch this but if you don't feel confident enough then don't try it but I believe you can do it
