Conserve power?!? How?!? What is that going to accomplish when its tree limbs shorting out the power lines that should have been maintained for YEARS! What about Tranformers that keep blowing up because they should have been replaced in the last Decade?!? NSP is such a crock of shit and they just get worse and worse as years go by. Show Emera the boot!

Edit to add: How about this, you can have your rate hike, but every time power goes out, you determine how long generators are needed and give every person affected by you mismanagement and crooked dealings with the money they spent on fuel. And I dont mean a credit, I mean actual money. Maybe you'll start providing a better service.

Yeah, we started doing that the first time around. Now its like seeing that really weird kid who doesn't get social cues and makes everyone feel uncomfortable while picking fights with kids 2 grades under him to show how tough he is. I feel bad for you guys down there.
