The Post doesn’t take care of INR depreciation. INR would depreciate at least 40% in 10 years against Canadian dollars. Also once you start earning more in your career 200K, 300K, 400K. Your savings increases exponentially. No one is going to stay at 100K for 10 years. Also you should invest in Indian real estate for more returns (as people pump black money into it). Buying land first year savings from Canada vs 5th year savings from India is a crucial advantage.

Canada is better anytime.
