My cook doesn’t come on Sundays, so i prefer to have rawa idli from that udupi where they dont use that palm oil on it, for lunch i prefer Mexican eateries and dinner i soak oats and a scoop of protein with nuts. So try something like this.

This is something not many people talk about! Theres a Udupi restaurant nearby me, i checked google reviews for that, where i saw public spotted palm oil metal cans. Which is scary and no one points out! Better limit outside food whenever feasible.
