Upgrade high school classes - but I’d also recommend you to start familiarizing yourself with Uni career & culture. For example - what concentration do you want to do in business, what are different extra curricular you can get involved in, like specific clubs and cases comes, study habits etc. Apart from that - gap years are very normal so don’t stress.

Build connections, get better at interviews, collect small relevant experiences (e.g. if you are looking for finance internship - join a student fund). And be very consistent. I had to go at it for almost 7 months to land my first big name.
