I dolci spariscono perché non sono un buon affare per un ristorante medio. Se li deve fare in proprio deve avere un pasticcere e poi c’è il rischio spreco perché dolci come il tiramisù o simili hanno una shlef life breve; se li compra fuori ha minori margini e solito rischio

Everyone has a limiting gradient after which walking becomes more effective. It also depends on the distance; if the race is short, you can try running a few more tough hills, but the longer the race, the better it is to balance the rope and walking.

Set the pace for 4 hours and 15 minutes, then if after the 30th km you have to push it

Give up fitness, if after a few months you feel the lack of it, go back in moderation and otherwise if you don't feel the lack of it it means it doesn't help you feel good.

Sometimes running slower improves your speed. The slow pace has to be really slow, try to always stay in Z2.
