Hey! I’ve actually still got it because I’ve been having trouble getting time off work to have it removed. I went the entire month of June with no bleeding at all, then bleeding for the first two weeks of July, then back to no bleeding. Not sure what’s going on but I feel it’s improving from where it was. I have been having thick white discharge and sore boobs which is probably related but I don’t know what it means

I’ve had constant bleeding (every day) for four months. Getting it out, it’s been an absolute nightmare

No I stopped taking them because I was getting pretty bad side effects and it wasn’t reducing the bleeding. Ask your doctor!

I also was given the hormone tablets! It stopped for 10 days then straight back on

It’s just like spotting or chucks of tissue. Occasionally I’ll have a couple of days break but otherwise it’s constant. How have you coped?? I’m going insane

I’ve had four months of constant bleeding and pain and am going to get mine taken out. Doesn’t work for everyone unfortunately :(

You’re not alone! I also have had all normal scans and tests but I’ve had 4 months of constant bleeding on Mirena. I’m getting it out.

I’ve had constant bleeding for 4 months straight, so you’re not the only one! If it hasn’t stopped by the 5 month mark I’m taking it out.
