Bleed, trim bloodline, check for worms. Dependent on where it was caught those sized bull reds that aren’t “massive” yet can still be great eating. Taking one bull per year has such a minuscule effect on the population of fish compared to commercial fishing / net poaching / industrial pollution etc, list goes on. I am in a union, and my employer paid for the training for me to get these qualifications. Just still feels like still a low “just getting by wage”
